What this site collects

RAD is a public status page. It has no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or public user accounts. The web server may keep short-lived technical logs such as your IP address, browser details, requested path, and request time so the service can be operated and protected.

Lab Notes opt-in

If you submit your email in the footer, it is sent to the Loop Labs workspace in ClickFunnels to deliver Lab Notes and manage your subscription. A queued delivery record can hold the address while that hand-off is attempted and is cleared about one day after completion or the final retry; RAD does not build a separate subscriber database. Click the unsubscribe link in any email whenever you want to stop.

Admin access and infrastructure

RAD uses an essential encrypted session cookie to protect its forms against forgery. Signing in to the private owner area also adds an essential signed login cookie. The app and its database run on a Hetzner server in Finland, and Porkbun provides DNS for the domain. These providers process the limited technical data needed to deliver the site.

Honeybadger receives technical error reports, including exception messages, stack traces, and background job identifiers, to help diagnose failures. Request parameters, background job arguments, URLs, headers, and session data are excluded. Activity breadcrumbs, local-variable collection, and performance analytics are disabled.

Your choices

You may ask what information Loop Labs holds about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing hey@richsteinmetz.com. Requests are handled under applicable data-protection law.
